Rehabilitation Consultation

Support for employers and employees navigating return-to-work after a period of sick leave due to mental health.

Returning to work after sick leave for exhaustion or depression requires careful planning. We can participate in rehabilitation meetings, provide assessments, and support both the employee and the employer in making the transition sustainable.

This service is coordinated with the relevant parties — GP, occupational health, and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) where applicable.
